Francesco and Mary Giambelli Foundation Scholarship Fund

This scholarship was established in 2022 to provide one or more partial annual scholarships or partial assistance for the Italy Study Abroad Program (as part of the Global Studies Program) to academically qualified and/or deserving student(s) participating in the Italian Program, majoring or minoring in language. The recipient(s) of the Scholarship shall be selected by a committee consisting of faculty who teach Italian, language and/or literature designated by the Chair of the Language and Literature Department or its successor. The criteria used in determining the recipient(s) shall be based upon need and/or scholastic achievement. The Language and Literature Department faculty committee shall oversee the application process and the distribution of an article provided by the Francesco and Mary Giambelli Foundation, to all recipients of the Scholarship Fund.
