The Joseph L. Howard '73CBA Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Scholarship Fund shall provide one ore more partial annual scholarships to academically qualified and/or derserving undergraduate students enrolled in The School of Education or The Peter J. Tobin College of Business with a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
