Dr. Spiridon Spireas Endowed Scholarship Fund

This scholarship was established in memory of the late Dr. Sanford M. Bolton and Mrs. Phyllis Bolton. Dr. Bolton was an accomplished member of the faculty in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He is remembered for his great expertise with his students, many of whom have become internationally recognized experts in industrial pharmacy. Dr. Spiridon Sotirios Spireas, an accomplished pharmaceutical alumnus of St. John’s agreed to establish this fund to honor the legacy of Dr. Bolton by continuing to assist students who will become future leaders in pharmaceutical sciences.
