Richard & Virginia Vetter Memorial Law Scholarship

This fund was established in 2014 and amended in 2019 to the Richard & Virginia Vetter Memorial Law Scholarship. The fund shall provide one or more partial annual scholarships to academically qualified and deserving students in the School of Law, with preference given to children of a New York City Police Officer or student(s) who are officers in the new York City Police Department.
