The Harold and Gail Regan Endowed Scholarship Fund
This fund was established in 2012 by the H.W. Wilson Foundation to provide partial annual scholarship support to academically qualified graduate students in The Peter J. Tobin College of Business. The Harold and Gail Regan Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by the H.W. Wilson Foundation in recognition of the Regans? commitment to education. Harold Regan is a 1965 graduate of The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, formerly known as the College of Business Administration at St. John?s University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Long Island University. Mr. Regan began his career with the H.W. Wilson Company in 1974 as the head of Human Resources and Corporate Administration. Ten years later he was appointed Vice-President. In 1986, he was elected to the Board of Directors, and in 1995 he was elected president and chief executive officer. Mr. Regan continues to serve the Foundation today as Vice-President and Director.
