Phyllis C. Bell--Black Alumni Association Scholarship Fund

This fund was established in 2002 by the Black Alumni Association in honor of Phyllis C. Bell ‘75C, founder of the St. John’s University Black Alumni Association. This fund is to provide partial annual scholarship support to academically qualified students based on the following criteria: a) preference is given to a Black student, b) recipients are required to have a current FAFSA form on file and demonstrate financial need, and c) recipients must have and maintain a minimum grade point average of 2.5. The scholarship may be renewable.
