This fund was established in 2025 to provide scholarship support to students who are the children of active police officers pursuing higher education opportunities at St. John’s University, or the children of an active-duty police officer who was killed in the line of duty. Applications of officers employed by the Nassau County Police Department will be confirmed by the President of the Nassau County Police Reserves or his/her successor, volunteer, to serve as a representative.
