Quesada-Fulgado Anniversary Scholarship Fund

This fund was established in 2004 by Dr. Carmencita Quesada-Fulgado, a long time employee of the University, and amended in 2021 and 2026. The fund shall provide partial annual scholarships to qualified undergraduate students (sophomores, juniors, or seniors) who demonstrate financial need and are pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to members of the Philippine-Americans Reaching Everyone (P.A.R.E.) student organization or its successor. The recipient(s) of the Scholarships shall be selected by the University’s Office of Student Financial Services or its successor. Scholarships are renewable based upon continued eligibility.
